When Are Products Not Eligible For Return/Exchange?

Gossip Store doesn't accept returns/exchanges of products that fall under the categories mentioned below. 

  1. Worn products
  2. Products with missing tags
  3. Soiled, stained products with glitter or any other particles
  4. Products that look washed or used
  5. Products that you buy on clearance sale or not eligible for return, irrespective of whether you dislike the style, colour, quality or size
  6. Products that emit perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odour
  7. Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging
  8. Gossip often provides exciting offers and products bought using seasonal offers, coupon codes or other special offers that cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged/faulty
  9. A product can be exchanged only once. Hence, exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds

It is important to understand the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense. 

Which Products Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged?

Gossip Store has been following strict guidelines regarding the hygiene of intimate wear even before the pandemic started. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned due to intimate hygiene reasons:

  2. Shapewear 
  3. Lingerie Sets

The list mentioned above ultimately means that you can return/exchange the following items given a size issue or damage to the product. Exchange processing depends on availability and customer preference.

Process Of Return/Exchange?

If your products meet the above policies of Gossip Store, then they are eligible for return/exchange, and here is how to do it:

  • Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery. 
  • You can directly place an order on exchange by calling the Gossip Help Line at +91 8951383076 and get the help of our customer care agents to return or exchange your products. 
  • You can also connect with us through our Support Portal by writing an email to us. The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and you should attach a few images of the product to help us understand your issues further.
  • Once the return/exchange is accepted. You can send the product by courier to our address. 

Customers should kindly note that picking up the products doesn't guarantee that the return/exchange is approved.

Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is important that you: 

  1. Properly fold and pack the products in the same packaging as received.
  2. Ensure that all the tags are attached.

Gossip's return and exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You need to return / exchange a product within 7 days.

  • Only size exchange is available.
  • You will need to self ship the product to us.
  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret to inform you that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Panties and Shapewear.
  • Products that are sold as sets cannot be returned as individual items.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we will refuse returns where its obvious that the products have been worn.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

How Do I Self-Ship Products For Return/Exchange?

Raise a Return Request for eligible items online from the order by directly contacting us by calling us, mailing us or through whatsapp.

Step 2

PACK PRODUCTS

Ensure the products are unworn, unwashed with the original brand tags and packaging intact. Put the product with its original packaging in a box.

Step 3

SEAL AND PASTE ORDER DETAILS

Seal the box and paste a paper with your order id and contact details on top of the box. This step is important to make sure the courier partner does not open/ tamper with the contents of the box and your refund for the order is processed.

Step 4

COURIER THE PACKAGE

Ship the package through any preferred courier service to the below mentioned address.

How is the product listing order decided on the various category pages on Gossip?

To help our customers find the best lingerie products online, we break the search into its components words, find their relevant synonyms and calculate their occurrences across fields such as description, title and more.

Once their occurrence value is found, weights are attached to the fields as per priority. The same score is calculated for pairs of two consecutive words. Upon adding all the scores, the ranking of the products is calculated. When our customer lands on a page through means other than search, popular products or the ones in high demand are identified.

Depending on how frequently they have been sold/added to cart in recent days over various periods, products relevant to these sources are identified and scored.
