Application Of The Policy
- By agreeing to use the Gossip Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of products on the Gossip Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this policy without any alteration. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on the Gossip Store Platform.
- Please note that we may, from time to time, change the terms and conditions of the policy that governs your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on the Gossip Platform. Every time you wish to use the Gossip Platform, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.
When Are Products Not Eligible For Return/Exchange?
Gossip Store doesn't accept returns/exchanges of products that fall under the categories mentioned below.
- Worn products
- Products with missing tags
- Soiled, stained products with glitter or any other particles
- Products that look washed or used
- Products that you buy on clearance sale or not eligible for return, irrespective of whether you dislike the style, colour, quality or size
- Products that emit perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odour
- Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging
- Gossip often provides exciting offers and products bought using seasonal offers, coupon codes or other special offers that cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged/faulty
- A product can be exchanged only once. Hence, exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds
It is important to understand the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Which Products Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged?
Gossip Store has been following strict guidelines regarding the hygiene of intimate wear even before the pandemic started. Therefore, the following products cannot be returned due to intimate hygiene reasons:
- Panties
- Shapewear
- Lingerie Sets
The list mentioned above ultimately means that you can return/exchange the following items given a size issue or damage to the product. Exchange processing depends on availability and customer preference.
Process Of Return/Exchange?
If your products meet the above policies of Gossip Store, then they are eligible for return/exchange, and here is how to do it:
- Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- You can directly place an order on exchange by calling the Gossip Help Line at +91 8951383076 and get the help of our customer care agents to return or exchange your products.
- You can also connect with us through our Support Portal by writing an email to us. The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and you should attach a few images of the product to help us understand your issues further.
- Once the return/exchange is accepted. You can send the product by courier to our address.
Customers should kindly note that picking up the products doesn't guarantee that the return/exchange is approved.
Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is important that you:
- Properly fold and pack the products in the same packaging as received.
- Ensure that all the tags are attached.
